1. Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital goods

2. Return Process

  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will not be issued for:

4. Exchanges
